About

A national backbone for access, communication, and implementation.

ANCHOR America is structured as the national system that supports state implementation, local service access, and user-controlled communication tools. It is designed to reduce fragmentation without replacing existing rights or services.

Purpose

ANCHOR America gives people a clearer way to prepare, explain needs, find the right pathway, document barriers, and move information to the right office or role.

It connects autism, neurodivergence, communication access, public education, crisis prevention, service navigation, training, legal structure, and state implementation.

Boundaries

The system does not diagnose, determine benefits eligibility, replace IEP or 504 processes, replace Medicaid decisions, create a forced registry, or authorize profiling. It organizes access and protects communication.

Principles

Designed to be usable under stress.

The system is written and structured for people who may be overloaded, non-speaking, late-identified, rural, navigating multiple agencies, or blocked by unclear processes.

Plain language first

Professional detail is available, but the first layer is readable and direct.

Voluntary personal tools

The user controls what is created, saved, shared, printed, or withheld.

Routing with accountability

Packets name the requested action and the role that should receive it.
